By downloading or using ScanDue, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

ScanDue is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.

ScanDue uses AI to extract information from images you provide. The accuracy of results is not guaranteed. Always verify extracted dates and information before relying on them for important decisions. We are not liable for errors in AI-extracted data.

ScanDue offers an optional Pro subscription, available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing plan. Pricing is shown in the app and in the App Store or Google Play listing before purchase. Subscriptions are managed by the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device account settings. Subscription fees are charged to your App Store or Google Play account, and refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies. For iOS users, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies and can be found at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

Free plan users are limited to 10 AI scans per month. This limit resets at the beginning of each calendar month. Pro subscribers have a substantially higher limit.

Your use of ScanDue is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Event data is stored locally on your device and is your responsibility to back up.

ScanDue is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScanDue and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
